Non-Reviewed Student Poster Competition Registration

When: April 20, 2026
Where: Marriott Sand Key, Clearwater, Florida

Each year WAMICON hosts a student-focused poster session in parallel with its main poster session to increase student engagement and provide further opportunity for students to present their work. These posters do not follow the usual IEEE technical review process. Each poster will enter the non-reviewed student poster competition, where entries will be judged based on:

  1. Novelty of the idea and work

  2. Technical soundness

  3. Poster quality and organization

  4. Oral presentation of the poster

Students who would like to present their research presentation at the non-reviewed poster competition at WAMICON 2026 may do so by completing the Student Poster Session registration forms by the corresponding dates below. An award for the best student research poster will be announced at the awards showcase.
